I worked as a content reviewer and really enjoyed my job. I had been doing content review for 1 year 3 months and it was something I liked. My team lead and the quality team were very supportive and helpful. However, the company has no job security. After six months, they started laying off employees, and a year later, they removed almost everyone without any reason. The management was rude and unapologetic during the layoff calls. While I loved the work and my team, the overall experience was disappointing due to the toxic work culture and sudden layoffs. Think twice before joinin

This company has no job security. After six months, they started laying off many employees. At first, I thought it was because of poor performance, but a year later, they removed almost everyone for no reason. The management was very rude and didn’t even apologize during the layoff calls. I’m actually glad they laid me off because working here was not a good experience. This company has a toxic work culture. Think twice before joining!

I get an opportunity to learn and develop my skillset. On an monthly basis, I ensure every team member gets an opportunity to learn something new that adds value to their profile and the organization.

Nothing in particular. But if there is a concern, am sure, that would be addressed timely and in the most appropriate way.

Work to be done is clearly trained and assessed every week.

Dislikes

Every week the reviewed data is assessed and if something wrong then the employees have to face job loss or training again. This makes the employees more anxious and panic every single week. The targets are real and nervous. Job security is a day dream. No idea when they ask an employee to leave saying this is your last working day. No matter the candidate reach the daily targets or not. Very bad culture. No people talk and discuss about work. Should not laugh sir straight don’t move ur head all these were told to reach the targets.

My experience with this company is inspirational and luminous because of my colleagues and my Managers. The company has always been motivating me in an endearing way. Supportive, smart and always available whenever you need them.
