Salary on time. They only onboard people to different projects in TCS. Later culture and growth depends on the project they put into. For me it was a good learning. Thanks to Teamware Solutions for being honest so far. I have heard about nightmares of other consultancies but as per me Teamware Solutions serves people honest. They helped me to get placed when I was in need of job after a career gap. Thankfully I could resume my career. Thanks a lot! It helped me to realize my potential to work with the current trend of technology after a career gap. My supervisor will connect me frequently to check on how comfortable I am on work. It is great I am working here. I can proudly say that I am a part of Teamware Solutions.

I felt like I should've negotiated on salary at the time of joining. But that's fine for a person who just wanted to resume the career after a gap. Job security- I am not so sure. If project allocation ends don't know what would be the status.

...haviour from HR team. We canot even expect minimum respect from the management. Please beware of your salary or any other pays when you are going out from the company because once you submit all assets to the clint company you canot get your balence salary for sure. This is my own experience after working around 2 years.

No minimum respect for the employees. Once work done, no one will not even respond you. Very commercial and business minded management.
