...agement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

TeamLease Skills University is an excellent place to work. Working towards bridging the gap between Education and Employment and making the youth Employable gives a great feeling of contributing for the betterment of the society

New boss every year to do the appraisal. Business heads do not stay back for long.

The parent entity is TeamLease India Pvt Ltd and their leave policy is compliant and they pay salaries on time.

Dislikes

Politics at every level, sales team is not good, the colleague in Bangalore location is not good as he acts bossy with people at his own level and does politics behind. The top management is not open for suggestions and will not support. They will ask for all the concerns, will say they will act upon it and ultimately nothing happens, and you will keep struggling with the same problems again and again. After one point the management will blame you and will start rejecting all your feedbacks. So ultimately they cannot take negative feedback. They are not very open to change. For them what only matters is the numbers but not the efforts. If you do your numbers with one client is ok for them but if you get business from some 10 new clients with good gross margins but not able to achieve your overall revenue numbers, they will not care because you didn't achieve your target, whereas they do not see there are efforts for 10 new clients which you can ultimately grow in the future and get more business. They dont forsee the big picture. So ultimately its not a grt place to work.

Likes

The freedom to take small little decisions without being micro-managed and questioned on how I do, why I do, the way I do etc. The seniors are always helpful to help me do better. No inter-department and intra-department conflicts. Feedback and ides are always welcome.

Dislikes

Attrition in Business development team. Demand of instant result from the employer. Employers reluctance towards spending in ATL (Above the line) activities.
