Good if you like office politics.

(Gurgaon office) Politics, department are decided like shudra( ops(, vaishya(docs), kshatriya (customer service) and brahmins (sales) they enjoy separate, have lunch separately and even behave differently, seniors favouritism to there relatives and for same religion people. Like if you belong to a Muslim community then you'll get chance as it is my personal experience because the **** is a Mu**im but he pretend like he is very secular and lives in harmony but you can feel negativity in from his aura. Branch head acts like puppet who only listen to seniors even if you're dying cause of office politics he will never go against seniors.

Open culture ,really adopts new things & technology within industry & also from other industry making employees learn new things process .Very much process driven organisation .Since I handle Trade lane development like South America & Australia New Zealand,I get to travel once a year to these countries to meet our partners global customers giving me a very good exposure .

Since its a process driven organisation ,sometimes few process are like not required ,and which takes too much of time .

The work culture of company is very good . Majority of employees are youth & energetic. You would get to learn the recent industry practices and trends. Supportive management. Job security

Rumneration is bit low as per industry .
