Mixed feelings about my experience. While the owner of this company is genuinely good hearted, the overall office atmosphere is quite exploitative. The leadership lacks efficiency. It seems that there are numerous fraudulent practices occuring within the accounts department making it a challenging environment for honest employees.I would advice potential employees to carefully consider their decision before joining this company.

I had a great experience working at Team Thai. The work environment was positive, and I had the opportunity to learn and grow professionally. There is nothing much to like. Only thing is if you're a junior level employee you can earn good incentives.

If you are in the senior management it will be very difficult for you to cop up with no stable plans as such.
