Times are strict followed which also is a good part for the employer and employees, some may find it weird but its kind of career developing part for everyone.

There is no Job Security, There has no proper work culture, Management is depends and take decision unilateral, Maximum part of company policies made on the basis in favour of Organisation not facilities for employees.

Dislikes

Minimum of Job security, because this organisation has not send any prior notice to an employee before the termination. Verbiage of the termination latter hampered career of such employee's in future.

Team management Services is the best place one should make his/her career. Training is provided by a HR specialist with huge no. Of experience in various industry in HR. Personally felt motivated working with them. Last but not the least thank you in tonnes for giving this opportunity to work in an esteem organisation.
