Permanent work from home. They offer good package while joining. No deductions in salary. You will get fixed salary only performance bonus is a variable.

Salary wil be credited on 15th of every month. Appraisals are low. No transperancy in Quarterly performance evaluation. You have to clear assessment on the platform created by them which is buggy and didn't share any information on the assessment given where you are lagging and the improvement required. No clearly on what basis performance bonus is deducted. No competative package. Person with less experience than you may have higher package than you. No proper processes. HR didn't respond on time. No proper communications. 90 days notice period. Didn't provide any trainings. Expected to work on internal project along with client work. Didn't provide any system you have to use your own personal laptop
