Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. What's there to like? Absolutely NOTHING

Both the bosses are self absorbed arrogant pieces of s**t who reply to every employee problem with "there is no problem, you aren't working hard enough". The team lead is an absolute senile dum***k who constantly has to state that "I am very smart" just to act like someone with a severe case of dementia. The operations head too is decrepit, weak c**t who loves bossing people around because he has no control over his own life and compensates by trying to berate and demean others. If you're a fresher and actually respect yourself, then please do yourself a favour and steer away from this company
