It's salary and benefits is too good form other companies that's the only benefit there.

Dislikes

Company is in deep trouble and every week there are silent layoffs They don't have budget and name of performance they laid down the people. Senior leader don't have vison how to grow instead they are focusing how and where to cut the budget. Recently company transfer over 1500+ employee to Accenture and shutdown there one or two units. Rumours are there 2 to 3 department also will shutdown in recent years. Long story short they may shutdown there office from India. My personal recommendation don't join TIAA atleast 2 years.

Emphasis on work life balance. Company culture is very good. It is easy to reach to higher management in case of any issues. Good facilities are provided by company for it's employees

Need more transparency.

It is the best company to work for, I have had the best experience until so far working here. The benefits, perks, work life balance, job satisfaction- everything is top notch. I would highly recommend to work here and would myself love to work again here.

Likes

Flexibility ( in any which way) , freedom of speech and thoughts. I have multiple brainstorming session with my team and the senior leadership. People listen to your thoughts and let you implement them.

Good place to enhance knowledge and Learning, A good Insurance and Health Benefits program.

Dislikes

No Permanent WFH and a pseudo Hybrid work model. Creates a massive work-life imbalance and talent drain. Practically No onshore/migration opportunities. TIAA India actively struggles to prove its existence and worth to Corp., so the leadership in India is on a constant endeavor to gain siloed autonomy. Big difference between TIAA (US) and TIAA (India) wrt to organisation culture and policies.
