I have long experience of 25 years as teacher trainer I have trainered more than 20000 teachers in different subjects and different issues like child profiling Institutional planning Financial management children with special needs maintaining of school admissions maintaining school records and stock register and other important issues besides the administrative skills of maintaining of files correspondence with different departments and handing of school by giving the job profil of each employee working under the subordi nation of senior officer which aviods overlapping of jobs and also keeps the subordinate under control to look a particular aspects rather to indulge with the jobs of other collegues which creates confusion and makes mess of the issues .I have been awarded twice one at state level other at National level for my outstanding work.I have rich experience in working with National and International organisations like UNICEF Save the Children Doctors without Fronters Chinar International Association Rajiv Gandha Foundation of Social Workers Intact J&K cheapter and other noted NGO 's I have worked with different departments ie Health and Medical Education for erridications of AIDS and other dangereous diseases I worked with sports department as Trainer for newly recruited teachers to give them the insight anout verious challanged which they have to face in future. I acted as Master Trainer for different Trainings conduct by Ministry of Social Justice on Community Moblisation under the project Poverty Reduction

I mostly dislike when other collegues are not delivering the goods as per the expectstion of the participants and are much confused in delivering before the participants .This makes all funny for the participants as well as for other collegues the charm of the programm vanishes within no time The participants become bore and disheartened and the spirit of program fails just in seconds
