I have learned many things from my seniors while in my working period.

They don't pay you after giving sales and once you decide to leave, they will make sure to give your experience letter after 2-3 months and they don't even know how to write professional experience letter.

Salary comes on time. And, you can learn something new about eCommerce. I was working for Alibaba.com, one of the channel partner of TDI.

Dislikes

Lots of Politics.. Lala company. The head of the department always feels that the another person is fool and don't know anything.

Jatinder sir was the best thing i like in the company. He taught me many things. Every one else is majorly doing politics or digging Graves for others

No work culture seniors don't give respect to freshers. People who are old always get the inbound leads. They get all the benefits.

Some seniors are good to work with otherwise lots of politics tou will face...there are very less chances of progress only if you can do buttering

Culture there....bosses don't come to office they don't know what is going on in the company they act only on the advices of their managers...whether it is good or bad for the company or the employee

Tdi international is very bad company,, they dont use their manpower to improve skills but you are a person who want to just want to job for time killing than tdi is good option for you, guys dont join TDI MAD divion....specially
