Lower management can dismiss agents without providing a valid explanation. When they can't justify the termination, they may collaborate with higher-ups or stakeholders to push for layoffs. There's no proper reporting structure or channel for agents to raise concerns. Agents are routinely pushed to work exhausting shifts ranging from 9 to 11 hours, sometimes exceeding 12. During work hours, management casually gossips about agents' personal matters—such as financial situations, family issues, or private relationships—and often makes jokes at their expense. They seem to enjoy the discomfort of others without fearing any consequences regarding their own roles. To make things worse, they sometimes give unfairly negative evaluations to these agents, potentially harming their chances of finding new jobs or advancing in their careers.

Salary is much better than any other company for same process

Dislikes

Too much restricted regarding login/logout and management is not flexible for providing work from home in some urgency. Middle management does not have proper product knowledge.

Only the name & its in serillingampally & only is they provide the transport.

Dislikes

They have no work culture, else waste people time and have no documentation checking before joining. They dont understand a person having a family & is required for their money. 3rd class rules they have. They make u sit for long without work. That is not office actually a pub with all nonsense happening.
