I like the work environment and other benifits and the activities which is perform is remarkable.

Dislikes

Salary is not so up to the par.The band 1 candidate were not able to survive there. Employee are earning on break even point. The condition of band S and 1 is very poor.

...r friends getting sufficiently more than you. TCS being as great as Cognizant Cognizants starting salary > TCS Ninja Salary after 2 years No Classification for high/above avg performers, Manual Tester having 0 technical knowledge gets equally paid as a developer , Not only knowledge they also have sufficiently less work pressure.

There is no growth at all no promotion no. The salary increment is just 10% annually and the salary is too low as compared to work.

Dislikes

There is a lots of things I don't like. In cafeteria there is a coffee and tea mechine which is not allowed for us that's only for the management team. You can't take breaks during the work you can't take day off even if you leave balance available. You can't question the authority. The managing team doesn't deliver there promises.

I only loved the company offices only.

Low salary unlimited work. Used to work on Saturday and Sunday to clear the volumes. Management is worst they dont care about the employees health even the employee is on sick leave they will make him work.

some say that TCS has poor employee performance management and that higher management is untrustworthy.
