we can say it's a manpower supply agency, no customer service, no employee welfare, no life, company policy varies employee to employee, company policy not applicable in some projects, layman are working in head quarters, tea serving boy got promoted to HR dept at Pune office,

Growth oriented environment & support from PM/RM, however, poor compensation, work life balance.

Salary is not comparable to what other companies are giving, Way of Working is extremely poor for some BUs, you may get a call in late evening even if you are on your honeymoon. Managers speak what their seniors instruct them, but then they don't think while saying. No training or even induction to new joinees, HR is extremely pathetic.

Salary growth is one of the biggest dislike factor in TCE. We will get enough appreciation from our higher management, but it can’t make any difference in your salary growth. Growth is very slow.

... and get screwed everytime if u are not in his good book. Admin team even worse. They don't fill tissues in the washroom in the name of cost cutting. HR arrogance at its best. Neither HR personnel nor HR policies are not at all employee friendly. Office is like a jail in kolkata. You can't talk freely act freely. I became a victim of office politics recently and due to which I have to resign... Some senior level employees that have no skills but only have experience of sitting in the same company for more than a decade play these kind of politics to save their position. The top management doesn't value a resource and uses unprofessional language in the office floor. If you have independent working mindset probably you will not sustain. Travel policies are very poor. You will end up spending more money in pocket. Be ready to be snatched from one project and allocated to other projects in the next day. Don't join this company if you have past experience in working with MNC and you desire for MNC level working culture. Working culture and company policy is a typical nd orthodox. Don't join if you desire for a good professional goal. Join if kolkata is only your prime desired location other than any other priorities in life. Other than this there is no good reason to join here

Not good for TCE consultant ..best for permits employees, Guest is very good if there are permanent employee.. other wise no good services for consultant

Not good consultant employee..no hike or appraisal even if you are 4yrs old employee, treat like external employee, senior consultant have to report traine...
