... and get screwed everytime if u are not in his good book. Admin team even worse. They don't fill tissues in the washroom in the name of cost cutting. HR arrogance at its best. Neither HR personnel nor HR policies are not at all employee friendly. Office is like a jail in kolkata. You can't talk freely act freely. I became a victim of office politics recently and due to which I have to resign... Some senior level employees that have no skills but only have experience of sitting in the same company for more than a decade play these kind of politics to save their position. The top management doesn't value a resource and uses unprofessional language in the office floor. If you have independent working mindset probably you will not sustain. Travel policies are very poor. You will end up spending more money in pocket. Be ready to be snatched from one project and allocated to other projects in the next day.

Not good for TCE consultant ..best for permits employees, Guest is very good if there are permanent employee.. other wise no good services for consultant

Not good consultant employee..no hike or appraisal even if you are 4yrs old employee, treat like external employee, senior consultant have to report traine...

...h are in FTC/Consultant role and not considering them in company permanent role. The salary is too less of old experienced engineers more than 15 years associated with TCE.

Best place to learn and growth, work culture was good, work life balance was good, best thing is medical benefits, leaves , culture. I was in MMBU Kolkata office still miss the place and people and definitely will like to work in future there

Overall a big failure platform to work. A kind of a very slow old fashioned outdated work culure and mentality. Too much leg pulling and most important PAN india job, no stability, works like a border soldier, its better to join Indian army instead TCE.
