... skill set and experience its aa oer job requirements as per client requirement. Salary and increment is average. Not good for young engineers who want to start professional journey joib after gaining experience from EPC Major company.

1. Expects employees to stretch but does not provide over time. 2. Saturday compensation is less than the per day salary. 3. Appraisals are not great unless attrition is there. 4. You have to pay for tea or coffee. 5. Cannot take stand as a consultant. 6. Deliverables suffer because of tight project schedule.

New learn things and take a new challenges,Good work and clean environment culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is descent but career growth is slow qnd yearly leaves 18 days is not satisfication to compare other companies.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary will not increase for years. For 4-5 years one increment only. Very frequent transfers to client location, which completely destroys the family life. People live in fear that where will they be next month or what work they will do. Managers lie about deputation/transfers tenure. Usually if you are gone to client office then you will only come back after you resign. Work quality is very bad, no skill development, will give any work thus not letting you learn one particular stream and affecting your career growth. Managers are not professional and are also not technically sound.
