Good canteen food facility, transportation without any charges, Learning scope is Good since multiple different type of issues come related to transformer industry. Good work Life Balance

It's overall a good MNC... Best part is they hire GETs to give opportunities to the freshers.. But now TBEA is not having DPIIT registration being a chinese company and market drastically came down.... Earlier culture was very good before covid...

Management is very claver to cut the remuneration... Partiality is there obviously... HODs get all the benifits and you will work but the award pay will go to your HOD's pocket... 3 level of hierarchy... Chinese Top Management then HOD then lower levels or GET to get suck...
