No appraisal system. Giving too hight award pay to sales team if they bring orders, while at the same time other department also working, unequal distribution. Policy against Curreption is weak. Bus Transportation takes single side more than 2 hrs specifically in monsoon

Flexi hours and work from home facility allows employees to work anytime from anywhere. Ideas from anyone considered by seniors. Anyone can easily talk to higher management. COMPANY NOT THE CARE MY QUALIFICATION & MY WORKING QUALITY ONLY PLANNING HALF MY SALARY-PIB 75% LESS,INCREMENT EVERY YEAR ONLY- 2-MARKS THIS YEAR NO INCREMENT, I WORKING 5 YEARS NO GRADE CHANGE.MY ATTENDANCE EVERY YEARS FULL MANY OVER TIME.5-YEARS I AM NOT GO TO THE HOME.

It's overall a good MNC... Best part is they hire GETs to give opportunities to the freshers.. But now TBEA is not having DPIIT registration being a chinese company and market drastically came down.... Earlier culture was very good before covid...

Management is very claver to cut the remuneration... Partiality is there obviously... HODs get all the benifits and you will work but the award pay will go to your HOD's pocket... 3 level of hierarchy... Chinese Top Management then HOD then lower levels or GET to get suck...
