Compensation is good,but growth is slow. The work pressure is avarage .

I only like my Immediate supervisor for understanding me atleast 20 days before leaving the organisation

Involvement others, rather than my immediate supervisor. Indisiciplined team, failed in handling the team and pending of work from last 2 years etc.. Work burden on newley joined team..

Good work enviroment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge gamingarcade for chiling company policies are not good they give not good salaru hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt but career growth is very slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resingn on tge job training is given to new joinees

Agent doing as a social work and always support of poor family and jeet project in available of free test and very easily available treatment of tb and I am very happy in this field

Very good teamwork. All the members of the team support each other, it's a very good work culture. The management and policies of the organization are very good.

Dislikes

There are no plans for the employee after the project ends.
