Taxbuddy is an amazing workplace for those who prefer to work from home. After so many years of working together, the entire team seems to be like family. All the Managers are extremely helpful and encouraging for betterment. I would like to serve this organization in the upcoming years too..

...t has assured the security of Job, but the appraisal part should be looked upon. Taking into consideration the Inflation & Other standards of living the appraisal policy should be upgraded & also Salary already being getting paid should be revised.

The best thing I like about my work at TaxBuddy is the flexible working schedule. It has contributed to a great opportunity that helps me so efficiently juggle my personal life along with professional duties. Transparency in the management of company goals and individual performance ensures I can align all my daily tasks with the more significant objective of the organization, hence never feeling overburdened and getting time with my family.

Working at Taxbuddy has been enriching experience. I got an opportunity to be a part of the work environment that always fostered creativity in our tax solutions. The team was very co operative and management was quite supportive when it comes to the growth of professionals. I enjoyed having the opportunity to be of help in making the process of filing taxes easier for many clients thus bettering their experience and also my skill set .

I would suggest the management to improve on the current working hours related things. It can be done through having flexible work schedules and better work-life balance with clear expectation of work hours .

Likes

I liked the energy of the organization. The team members have healthy competition & I have learned so much while handling clients from various income types such as Futures and options, Non-Resident clients, Crypto users & Foreign tax credits,s, etc. I have been handling such complex clients from start to end which gave me enough confidence and improved my communication skills. The management is also very supportive in terms of flexible working days, and flexible timings.

Dislikes

Coordination between departments can be one of the areas of improvement as sometimes things take time to implement.

TaxBuddy gave me different opportunities to understand my leadership capabilities through leading various kinds of teams. For example, in project management. I learned how to motivate a team and various opinions with a team while successfully leading the team to complete projects. The experiences were priceless and helped shape me into the leader and collaborator I am today.
