During this pandemic situation, Our company helps us and our family financially. Company policies are very excellent appraisal are fair and they give Good salary hike and bonus, also at every year. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. I learned so many things from my superiors as well as my staffs, i improved my nknowledge also, Good work environment and culture. I am fully satisfied i am happy to say my company keep us very good.

It was a great experience to work there. Company have thousands of staffs and several locations. It was very pleasure to work there.

The main problem i faced there is, less salary and over duty. The site managers and supervisors are not following the working schedule form the office they are assigning over burden to the staff.

Currently i am working in Saudi,during COVID 19.And company support is good here during lockdown,they have generated a pass and reduced the timing of the work.Inside the vechile they maintained social distance,provided hand sanitizer,mask to avoid contamination.They also cleaned the residence camp,fogging and disinfection process weekly.Daily temperature log sheet was maintained by male nurse.Food was made & served under a HAACAP process with the certified cooks,bakers & waiters to the workers.Company has issued NO SMOKING POLICY & NO OUTSIDER ALLOWED IN SIDE THE CAMP policy to avoid any infection.Work culture is good here,because of the management & Seniors.

...Apart from that there is no over time as per the standard of the country policy.Best thing is salary on time & you can get vaccation easily inside the compny.There is poor salaray apparaisal after 3 years you will be apparasied or if you have a good relation with your seniors then you will be appraised.Appraisal should be based on the standard of the work done by employees effectiveness & efficacy. Really from my core of the heart Comanpy is so good.

Owner is very good but Gujarati HR making fool to them.

One of Gujarati Man. one of the wrost HR in this wonderful company. All good female staff he is blackmail and using them. He is doing politics and because of his behaviour company day by day going down. having relationship with owner housemaid.
