Everything is awesome You get enough challenges, There are so many ways to learn and get certification done Managers are supportive and understanding

If you are going through third party payroll, make sure you will get the salary matched at the time they make you permanent I had to loose my job because company didn't agree to give increment with regularisation, they didn't even agree to match the same package, It was heartbreaking, I don't want to leave this company, but will have to, due to salary

...but team was pathetic due to which we faced many difficulties working in tavant. Shift allowance, compensation and other benefits like parents insurance, reimbursements are ok.

Dislikes

Team, Appraisal, Shifts, career growth, Job Security. There is no lead in a team which could be both good and bad but it depends on project. Very few projects.

Salary on time, location and flexible timing for some extent.

work life balance is not so good, in many project people will be spending 10-11 hours to overlap with us client. 100%service based so job security is also concern. Very small projects , you would be ending with working for 3-4 small project in a year...

Some old managers who don't have idea about how today's technology work but unnecessary withdrawing very high salary , but at ground level who works day and night not get good hike
