It's a good company to start your career with.Company culture is amazing.Lot of events , team lunches and outings.Job security is there for those who are hired through campus. Recommend company to work for ladies specially as they can manage their personal and professional life very well bcz of amazing culture.

Dislikes

Projects are not good , lot of politics , less salary hikes , less promotions , no scope of skills improvement. Onsite opportunities only for managerial level people.

If you are going through third party payroll, make sure you will get the salary matched at the time they make you permanent I had to loose my job because company didn't agree to give increment with regularisation, they didn't even agree to match the same package, It was heartbreaking, I don't want to leave this company, but will have to, due to salary

People work accordingly with their egos, nobody cares what customer wants, as long as you can fill pms ego, you can survive. I can prove this with my long run. But then, it's not worth anymore. On time Salary. Very good, high specs laptop provided to work. Company calling employees back to office, some are still working from home. Work on latest technologies mostly. HR teams ask new joiners for feedback and problems.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance, need to work more than 11 hours, attend client call after office hours. Bad Health Insurance, No OPD facility is more or less like not having insurance at all. Less diversity: most employees are from particular region. No strict work life balance policy.

Nothing to like. This is the first time I'm giving a negative review of any workplace.

Dislikes

...during hiring process & misinforms about terms and conditions. Every other dept. mentions their reimbursement policy but for joining bonus, you'll not find anything written in clear terms. 4. Hiring process can span for more than over a month. They will take repeated rounds of interview but will keep you hanging about the results. Won't respond to your mails. It's not employee's fault that company can't get enough projects.
