Most bogus ,uncultured unprofessional principal is Suchi Sharma. She was absconding 2.5 years and not getting work now she became principal of TWS. She behaves like labourers incharge but not a principal.

Infrastructure ( but it is for school owner not yours)

... workloads and are often required to stay late without adequate leave or breaks. Salaries are not paid on time, and there is noticeable discrimination in pay scales. Job stability is a major concern, as employees feel insecure about their positions. Additionally, the school suffers from very low student enrollment, which further impacts its overall functioning.

Job is secure until employee don't do anything wrong. Work pressure not so hard. Management is very weak and company policy is healthier for employees but they paid salary lately.

Salary is decent but comes very late and no increment. Career growth is slow. On the job PD training is given.

Teammates are good but there is no policy for teachers. Organization is suffering from fund deficiency and extreme regionalism and nepotism.

...city. No convenience to take you to the city in emergency. poor medical benefit. Salary is delayed all the time.
