Im working in Bankbaazar process (tatwa tech. BBSR). The work experience is totally stressful, atmosphere is horrible still I'm complete my one and half month of work without getting a leave and at the salary time they did not give my salary. I have to give my study fees ans house rent and they told me that your salary will given you after 2month of job. I am crying but nobody listing me. The HR, manager etc all are nonsense and cheater. They did not give my salary so i have to quite my job. Not 1% trust worthy company this is.

... wrong in my family then Tatwa management will be solely responsible for it. 2. Pay package is very low in terms of designation and work load 3. Leave policy is extremely poor. There is no paid leave for agent level 4. Company does not provide any appointment letter to any employee in all level. I am still struggling to get my appointment letter, relieving letter and payslips

...vironment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managem8is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hole and bonus every year.

... us all employees a small area and at that area we eat food in congested way 2. Their is a low Salary of 8,500 in hand and theri is more work Pressure 3. After Interview or a After Traning They Never gives employees offer letter they give a offer letter after Employee Rezin at that time they must give us experience letter they gives us a offer letter 4. They Never Gives a Offer Letter in that office theri is no one employee had didn't got a experience letter after Rezin 5. About Week off they never Give more than 4 week off even a national holiday like 26th January they count that holiday as a 4th week off ath that month they must give us 5 week off they give only 4 week off only This Was my Total Work Experience of 1 year from 18th November 2020 to 11th January 2022

...AC, No toilet paper in washroom. Lack of basic hygiene. Unwanted strict timings. Many of the colleagues were working on Managerial designations but zero Hike in salary but loads of work. No client company relation they will do anything that clients are expecting rather than putting their point on the table for discussion. Do not expect anything if u join. Worst company ever worked with.
