...'t work or have idea together. Politics between employees. Zero work culture. No benefits other than salary given. Even if any employee dies in work, he is eligible only for one month salary. The company is against to woman employee due to religious belief.

Dislikes

No appreciation of work. No constructive appraisal format. No proper written company policy. Any one can decide anything at their comfort. If you ask for hike, they will fire you within months citing different reasons. Lot of casteism and favoritism. A particular religion same as senior family management get all Perks where others have to literally beg. Higher Management don't listen if you suggest anything No recognising the right employee who works hard for welfare of company. Only particular employees earn and they don't even recommend their subordinates for increment or promotion. No work culture. Everyone tries to pull you down. Personal and family works will be alloted by management to all employees. Management expect you to be a all-rounder. Being an HR professional I was asked to work in SCM also. No proper format for any process. Management got no idea for themselves and depend on people who try to bend rules for them. Abusive languages against employees by senior management person.

MD is supportive to me when we give our report up to date he is friendly helpful

Chairman doesn't have any emotions when my father passed away took leave fir twelve days where MD called up to me sane day and gave condolences and we where in conversation updating even during leave but chairman asked to leave the company for taking leave for twelve days
