Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

... getting help from senior and official staff, very good learning place for work. I learned and gain knowledge from the company, job security is there, salary & travelling allowance is less, but everyone are helpful even the MD of the country, though he is Md but he is down to earth.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times

Good Company but Tata Tiscon Customer Support Engineer post only for Under Tata Steel Distributor. And Sales priorities first. Technical priorities 2nd. Technical Parsons also doing sale. And A Technical employee judgement also on sale.
