Career growth/path though steady but slow, too much of dependancy of senior management on middle management which tends to overlooks the good work of other employees

It's been good working in TATA all colleagues are friendly in nature and off are nearby station

It's all good but I been working from last one and half years but there is no increment in salary and in future also no expecting for increment.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. We work happily on collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, the work pressure is vy high..

The company is open to innovation and readly adopts latest technology,I hope the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high_quality products and has a global client base,As a result.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happly in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire police here. so I like do work with Tata team.
