The technical support of the company is not as good as it should be which ultimately affects the sales department and hence overall revenue generation adversely.

The company is Very Good. Always teach to work with honesty. Transparent culture

Dislikes

...work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very low pay and double work as compared to other companies. I like the Company but the only problem with Finance Department Physopanti. Poor Work-life balance. keep available yourself 24 hours by 7 days.

Immediate Boss was very helpful and understanding.

Zero increment in salary in 10 years but the work responsibilities kept on increasing,,only false verbal appreciation..Management is not at all following Tata Culture

It's a good place for freshers or campus recruits Culture is good Grooming is decent Telecom sales is tough in absence of an existing customer base

...ass on the leads to other people Getting commercial approvals tough at times Salary is low Getting promotion is next to impossible Unrealistic targets given

Ethical working environment, Appraisal process transparent, Internal Job transfer process excellent , salary hike steady

Dislikes

Career growth/path though steady but slow, too much of dependancy of senior management on middle management which tends to overlooks the good work of other employees
