*SALARY STRUCTURE IS NOT GOOD. **QUATER ROOM NOT PROVIDED BY COMPANY. **PARENTS ARE NOT INCLUDING IN MEDICAL FACILITIES. ** YEARLY INCREMENT IS VERY POOR. **NO NIGHT DUTY ALLOWENCE PROVIDED! **DRINKING WATER QUALITY IS NOT HEALTHY. **MOST OF BATHROOM AND LATRENE ARE NOT CLEAN. ** NOT GETTING ANY TOUR ALLOWENCE. ** CANTEEN PRICE RATE IS HIGH.

Many people whose salary is very low but not pay revised till now.This salary structure is not acceptable in this company. Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar site rules are very good, but Meramandali site rule is very bad.kindly look into this matter.

1.Salary structure is very poor in officer/Sr.officer post that will affect your personal and family life. only bachelor can survive in that salary. 2.No accommodation/House provided as Tata steel and other tata group are being provided and HRA is very less . 3.Career growth is very slow, After working more than 8 years you will be in the post untill and unless there is any vacancy in your upper level post. If there is no any vacant post in higher lvl ..you will be in the same post. 3. Performance Management system Review should be better and fair. 4.There is lot of politics in the department which will affect during appraisal time.

worst company ever worker life are hell ,less salary,out the employee from colony due to outer side house rent increase so difficult to servive, if any one say about its policy then company put consiquense management like britsh raj, politics is more in this company even this type politics not even happen at india pakistan politcs
