Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. There is a lot of politics and management. Future is decent career growth is slow. And private tender bond 1 year or 2 year to his job.

Job security is Good , Working culture is not up to mark as in tata steel because of old management system management need to change. Company Policies is different for different employee it is not same for all the employees.
