The pay structure is still good for freshers and employee related benefits are good. However, i have worked only in Tata Steel and hence not aware about the benefits which other companies provide.

Growth opportunities are limited. Extreme bureaucracy and things move really slow.

...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again

Tata think that ,the college from where they hired student only here in B.tech engineering subjects are teaches to the students in other colleges Tata think in B.tech except engineering subjects other subjects like history, geography, seismology teaches to the students.

Job security is good, if you don't work hard then you don't get good ratings but job is secure.

- very low pay scale - very low bonus - company doesn't follow any time line of increment of salary or bonus. - very slow HR department - management doesn't respect extra effort of employees

There is a whole list. Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more.
