...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again

- very low pay scale - very low bonus - company doesn't follow any time line of increment of salary or bonus. - very slow HR department - management doesn't respect extra effort of employees

There is a whole list. Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. If you want to develop your skills then you have many platforms. But, you have to learn by yourself as colleagues will not guide you.

...compensation, Partiality between campus recruit and other joinee are too high. In hand salary is too low for e.g if your CTC is 35000 per month then you will get 24000 in hand.

If you are working here then it's total waste of time and carrier because you will be dragged by superior person you never get growth here it's better to avoid here and even you work here will get exploit here
