Promotion criteria is okay but no one interfere in case of wrongly interpret the performance. It is solely depending on manager decision, no further check. Performance bonus suddenly removed for resigned employees who have completed even overall financial year and no one understands the employees concern. Currently there is a bad management.

Likes

Ambience of the Work environment is great. No work pressure as such. Also, this very much depends on your boss (I was fortunate to have a "very" good one). It's just one thing which pinched me i.e. they don't get you on company pay role even of you give your 200% :(

Dislikes

Don't join the company if you are not provided on-role offer by the company. Rest all is good.

The work culture is good. It gets the best out of you. The management is easily approachable. They genuinely think about the welfare of employees. There is a strong sense of belonging and loyalty.

Top management is busy in PR in digital and marketing team survives in feeding the top mgt on PR contacts. No new business. HR head makes sales incentive policy to drive people out on non moving projects . She cannot communicate logically and empathically even being the hr head of a Tata group company incase one approach! Incentive payout is not structured

Likes

Work is challenging. Complex problems need to be resolved quickly. It’s a Tata company but works like a startup.. everything is turned around in a couple of days

Dislikes

Not much to dislike. The top has changed since the last couple of years so a lot of things are new for a lot of people. Anyone not from Real Estate background will find the learning curve to be pretty steep. The industry is such that you might be type-cast(ed) and won’t get jobs out of the same. The money is good for the people who handle rewarding regions while it can be a challenge where the region is not so rewarding.
