...d.... south north feelings etc. No increments & bonus for me. Not promoting... no salary hike etc. No proper guidance towards work and target achieved... Lot of gossips etc.

Salary, PMS and CSR is on time. They thinks for Staff welfare.

Dislikes

Nepotism! They have ethics policies but don’t follow it at Project Site! Head HR never responded! CHRO is very co-operative! BU-HR alway try to give Advantage to his known. They alway takes a project in low margin and when projects comes in Middle . They pressure to reduce the cost .

Poor and Toxic work culture at CMRL projects due to Top management issues . Dont care about Staff and workmen welfare measures. All Govt Holidays also need to work day and night. They will not provide the Basic PPE's also to staffs .
