FDA policy (fixed duration assignment) which allow new candidates to work with Co. on contract basis. FDA staff get extensions after every 1 or 2 years to stay and work with co. So no job security for FDA staff. FDA staff has to wait for permanent job till the co. introduce any policy and it may take even more than 10 years. Co. has already lost many good performing candidates (and so good business) because of this policy. Other staff support to sales team is very poor & their habit of delaying work impact badly on co. overall growth. Co. management is not able to take strict action against such permanent employees due to Co. policy, Very slow growth in career

As per my experience I felt that Tata Power is like home and we are serving to the nation by giving them best solution with minimum requirements. All employees in Tata Power are connected and emphasis eachother by helping, suggesting, sharing their experiences with other colleagues for growing more. Tata Power deals with other entities with good ethics and provides best services to the clients.

Dislikes

I think everything is good about Tata Power and will grow more in future by implementing futuristic plans.
