Job security is better than others , Career growth is far away from reality , Salary is good and appraisal too work environment is excellent and work life balance also the only thing matters is growth.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job experience at Tata motors was pretty exciting and knowledgeable as it is a vast ocean of knowledge for the freshers and a good company to start with....The work culture and ethics are fantastic and also the top management is supportive and friendly in case of doubt and uncertainty... You get the supervision of experienced seniors and help enrich your knowledge and expertise..

Hi all I have 9 years experience. I have received offer from chennai company OEM Payroll of 16.5 lpa. My current company TTL (working at Tata motors) Pune wants to retain me at 15.5lpa. I m basically from from Maharashtra. Please guide I am family person working in Pune is more easy for me , but want to think from long term career perspective as well. Currently working in service company TTL for OEM Tata motors ( routine work). But now I getting OEM Payroll with good salary.
