Almost No work life balance. Less package than other Automobile Companies. Extreme pressure and an always hanging sword on the job contrary to Market notion of a safe job at Tata Motors. Almost Every action is pre decided so there is almost nothing to do anything new or to learn anything. Even Employees say the company make you a sluggish person.

To secure job is difficult. job is good, meeting new people and dealing with them to get their desired product. People are amazing and bad, we meet almost every kind of person, who is dreaming for a car, and some planning to buy a car and other to have a car now . A challenging job to get the targets done.

We get holidays for 5 days in a year, no compensation at all for anything,Perfect for time and money, the salaries don't have a fixed date and the incentive don't have a fixed time period gap .
