Work life is not balanced. Everyday you have to extend after shift. Rating is purely biased. My reporting officers takes more CTC than me that means CTC for hierarchy is not maintained. No motivation no proper trainings, if trainings are scheduled but boss is not ready to send. No respect in the organisation for the officers who are serving the organisation sincerely.

Pramotion policy seems on paper only as most of the current permanent work force are not considered for pramotion and fare salary rise as per market.
