Compensation /Pay is not getting on the base of your work. it is getting more to the persons having less salary and getting less to the persons having more salary.

...o-operative. Career growth is average but not a constraint for a high performer. Salary is handsome here. We can learn a lot in Tata Motors through various routes. The most important is one can maintain work-life balance here.

Working culture is average and needs improvement. Work allocation is poor irrespective of skills, knowledge, experience.

... security is good. also will get very good technical sound knowledge on the job. Salary is also good as per market. Skill development is good. Culture is also good.

Lateral employees will struggle for promotions, they only give promotions to GET/PGET. Need to work in shift for design department.

...increments. HR grievances or redressals dont exist. Disrupted work life balance. No extra pay for extra hours worked.

There was a time, it was a very good company to work with but now that time is over. So what i like is it's an Indian conglomerate and we are very proud of this. That's it! But currently the senior management is confuse and do not know other than torturing their employees.

Dislikes

First Salary and benefits sucks! Secondly The one who are loyal to company, company don't give two hoots about them. Thirdly poor appraisals, no space for growth. U will be stuck! Fourthly, No work life balance
