1. I got good company of my colleague during my journey.It was like another family . 2. Tata Motors is like an ocean of knowledge however you need to to dive deep inside it to get the knowledge. 3. There were so many events and opportunities for innovation if you are having any good idea. 4. The thing which is most like to me is the CSR activities which are conducted at entire company level and all department participation is compulsory.

Dislikes

1. Salaries are not as per the market.There is much difference in salary as per the grades.The lower grade person is having higher salary than higher grade person.That is the reason why so many people left the company. 2. To work in shifts is quite pathetic.It is affecting to your work life balance.

Poor salary structure, no salary standard, no scope of promotion, very slow growth, you will get average rating here, responsibilities are not properly defined, you won't find any systematic apporach to solve the issue

Work place is pleasant. Although the team leader is helpful, management is not. Company policies are good, appraisal is fair, and on roll employees get good salary hike and bonus every year. There are not facilities for 10-12 year off roll employees.

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good for 10 year experience employees and career growth is slow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is nat given to new joiners.

I will be job in DEALERSHIP level so no. Job shurity. Low salary .no PF .ESIC .HRA benefits .SO WE ARE NOT SATISFIED IN THIS JOB.
