Company is really good but doesn't think about there temporary employees (Officials or Workers). Production staff is really good but some officials really makes everything worst for others. Company management doesn't want to look for future and they doesn't think that some best freshers which are giving their 100% and showing their skills can really become an asset for future. But there hiring criteria is not good.

Dislikes

... look into the problem and just wanna yell. Internal Politics within the DGMs. Less salary, jobs on contract basis, no future for freshers.

Work life balance is very good. Seniors are supportive. Company working culture is involving.

Promotions, salary to starting employees is less. Making good people on role after completing their temporary tenure is missing

... security is good. also will get very good technical sound knowledge on the job. Salary is also good as per market. Skill development is good. Culture is also good.

Lateral employees will struggle for promotions, they only give promotions to GET/PGET. Need to work in shift for design department.

Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect. If you wants to work in tmb Motors than forget about your respect and incentives only take salary
