They pay very less salary and do not pay salary to trainees even after working for the last month.

Many times in interns and trainees have to work on Sundays but they don't get pay double but they work in Sundays they get one extra holiday which is decided by company, food provided in Tata motors is not so good.

Tata motors is one of the best place for work ....but the issue is salary only 14000 & in hand salary is 12400.I saw some people doing 2 jobs bcoz of they can't afford expenses ...n the work period is only 7 months

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
