Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect. If you wants to work in tmb Motors than forget about your respect and incentives only take salary

incentives are not given time to time and even expenses are not given time to time.. its a target oriented job where you will not get expenses in time if you do not reach your target

Trainers are good , learning environment I have learned more how to tackle the customer how to answer solve their problems, also got support of my team members etc.

The work pressure is high some times, compensation is decent but growth is slow

I only like the people working there and the relations i've made with them in few months .

Delayed salary, delayed incentives, poor management with staff, not fixed working hours, not appropriate salary according to work
