Although there are several disadvantages while working as an Assistant manager because you will be employed on contract basis which reduces the job security also the salary is also not comparable to other permanent employees of Tata motors who are at the same designation as you are,which is very unfortunate. But the overall experience will be very good for a fresher looking for working with an MNC

...islike about Tata motors as it is currently one of the best MNCs in our country. The major disappointment is the salary of the Assistant manager which is quite low compared to other commercial vehicle manufacturers like Mahindra and eicher.

No Work Life Balance Lot of favouritism Leaders don't walk the talk Salary is based on face value. Promotions are based on vacancies instead of performance

No salary as per experience or as per market standards,no chance for skill development provide courses regarding only IT or safety for people working other than ERC

Work life balance is very good. Seniors are supportive. Company working culture is involving.

Promotions, salary to starting employees is less. Making good people on role after completing their temporary tenure is missing

Lateral employees will struggle for promotions, they only give promotions to GET/PGET. Need to work in shift for design department.
