I like the comoany atmosphere , all my collegues are very friendly by nature and also helpful.if u stuck in any problem ( related to your office work).they tell u any time. Reporting Managers are also very kind by nature .

Dislikes

First dislike is that they dont give hike in salary , their salary hike is not quite good👎. No fix time of leaving from office.

TATA MOTORS FINANCE LIMITED IS A BEST COMPANY IN THE THE FINANCIAL SERVICES, BUT I WANT TO LEARN NEW THINGS FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day.

good communication between all department and each department works fully on month end year end time. its not only sales team will work rest all at home.

many developed city's considered under c class because of which salary packages offered very less.

... true some of politics involve in theirs.I haven't see management address issue. Salary is Ok hiking not possible also Carter growth is slow.No training for fresher on the job.some of using bad language in front of others

...up and help you in getting your confidence back. Career growth is also bit slow. Some improvement needed in off role hiring of BDM's, Getting a good resource on low salary has always been a challenge at BDM level.
