...up and help you in getting your confidence back. Career growth is also bit slow. Some improvement needed in off role hiring of BDM's, Getting a good resource on low salary has always been a challenge at BDM level.

Career wise growth is too poor while bdm are entry level positions will continued year by year no salary hike and there is no movement of next grade/designation.if these are corrected we never missed knowledgeable employees

Single person will do everything and boss required everything on time likes u r Hanuman. They required target complete but support zero. They required quality business with any rejection because channel should happy.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client in the night.
