...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again

Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. I got a call for an interview where they told me they have a budget of 14lac initially I agreed to get call for an interview I also got selected 3 days ago they call me asking for my salary expectations I told them 15.5 lac (10% increment in my existing salary) they told me they will talk to their manager and get me back by next day but even after 2 days I didn't heard from them what should I do?
