Well there is nothing you can like about this organisation. This organisation is no longer what it used to be 10 years ago

Policies are very bad here just for sake of name. You will get 1500 as annual increment HRA will be deducted from your salary On resignation you have to pay gross ammount of salary ( you will be exploited) Work like private and salary like govt Old diploma holder bosses know nothing but how initially yrs of their job they worked bcz afterwards they did nothing but psychophecy.

If you want to retire without job insecurity no matter whether you actually work or just complete your shift hours inside the office.

HR is lazy. No retention rule for leaving candidate. Salary os not as compared to market standards. If you are sincere, you will be overloaded with work. If you are not interested in working, your workload will be transferred to hardworking employees.

...p management every time. Discrimination their in between TSM & other Tata plant. Salary below market standards. That's why employee resignation rate high in TSM. HR VP one of the culprit of this system. All benefits given to TSJ

HRs rule here , salary is good for workers and non officers , Officers are imposed with more responsibilities but are paid even less than they pay some junior engineers there. And the HR tricks CTC with very low basic pay and as increments are on basic pay you get very very low annual increment interms of amount.

Don't pay officers at lower ranks what they deserve that's why at this level (IL6) A attrition rate is increasing day by day

Company is very supportive and higher management is also very helping but salary part ....very less increment and in covid 19 not got bonus and increment yet

Management trainee culture......laterals dont have that exposure compare to GTs
