Internal politics Bosses will look after their job security never think about their team Worst Head HR and Sr. Manager. He is womenisor for his errors his team is suffering. Sr. Manager HR is worst she doesn't know anything act like knows. Several times team has given feedback on the same no use. Suggestion - Don't join as a HR here..

Nothing they make all fraud/harass/torture the employees on disguise of Tata group.Its a 1000% FAKE/FRUAD COMPANY- DONT JOIN

...ver the mood of management changes they say lets layoff.Hire and fire situation.Vairable pay is big scam.GOATS HRs.They dont even know about the company.They dont even understand employee concerns.There is no proper co-ordniation between the finance,hr teams.NOT SURE HOW THIS BECOME A TATA COMPANY

...art of job security- manager increase your work load until you leave the job. 3. If you mistakenly miss the time sheet your salary will be deducted even you have done a lot of work. 4. Work culture is so bad - on month end you have to work like a bull 16 to 18 hour in a single day but due to management pressure you show it as 9 hours only. Do not join TCS otherwise it will be a last mistake of your life because there is a 3 month notice period.

If you are in initial stage of your career and get into a good project, you will learn very well. But project allocation depends on luck mostly.

Dislikes

Salary is not up to the market standards. Promotions are not transparent. Bench management is weak.

Not more opportunities and promotions and salary is very less according to others and they take work from staff like full 200% night shifts , no comoff, stretching for girls timing and if we don't do then they will take revenge in appraisal from Mark's and incriment and more people in relationship and people after knowing also not doing anything
